Fort Nisqually Living History Museum
Fort Nisqually is a living history museum where volunteers and staff, in period clothing, demonstrate the crafts of the 19th century and engage visitors in historic dialogue.

Point Defiance Park Visitors Center

Downtown to Defiance Trolley
Enjoy shopping, museums, and events in downtown Tacoma, then take the trolley along scenic Ruston Way to dine at the waterfront and visit attractions at Point Ruston. Continue your journey through the City of Ruston to the Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium, trails, beachfront and marina at Point Defiance Park. This is a circular route that runs every 30 minutes.

The North Pearl Farmers Market
The North Pearl Farmers Market is located in the stunning area between Pt. Defiance Park and the Ruston Waterfront. We offer fresh produce, flowers, plants, artisan crafts and delicious locally made to-go items.
Also join us for the Food For Thought and Kid’s Club programs. Kids Club features activities for children 3-13; participating children will earn a $2 token to spend at the market. When the kids are done, the entire family can get some Food for Thought with a reading from a local author.
